A long-term design project by Yamaha’s bass craftsmen
has resulted in this fabulous new, keenly priced RBX five-string bass.
With a solid alder body contoured for maximum comfort, playability and
visual impact, the instrument features an extended 35”-scale, two octave
neck, delivering a superbly resonant, long-sustaining sound and allowing
players to exploit their technique to the full.
Versatile powering comes from two gain-laden humbuckers,
supported by an active system which includes a pickup mix control and
two-band EQ for a truly extensive palette of high-quality tonal
settings.
