in a eye-catching satin finish, the entry-level APX3A has all the
hallmarks that have made APXs world-beating electro-acoustics. The
compact, cutaway design provides excellent handling comfort and
high-position access, while the deeper sides add warmth and richness to
the acoustic tone.
Powered punch and tonal flexibility are guaranteed with a newly designed
three-band preamp, whose adjustable midband frequency covers a broad
80Hz - 10kHz range. This not only allows control over the midrange but
enables reshaping part of the low and high bands in addition to the
dedicated bass and treble sliders.
